Financial CEOs urge against investment barriers (at MarketWatch)



Congress shouldn't have new powers to interfere with, or overturn, decisions about foreign investment in the U.S. made by a Treasury Department-led panel, a group of financial services executives urged Tuesday.

Tribune's $1 billion tax case
